Education Consultant

• Counsel students and parents on suitable courses, exams, and career opportunities.
• Understand student psychology and recommend customized study plans.
• Assist in admissions, course selection, and documentation.
• Guide students on preparation strategies, timelines, and study ethics.
• Collaborate with faculty to match students with the right mentors.
• Conduct seminars, webinars, and interactive sessions to build awareness.
• Maintain ethical communication, ensuring transparency and trust.
• Track student progress and provide after-admission support.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with:

• A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Education, Psychology, Management, or related fields preferred).
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills (fluency in English; Hindi/Bengali is a plus).
• A student-first mindset, patience, and problem-solving attitude.
• Prior experience in counseling, education consulting, or career guidance (preferred but not mandatory).
• Freshers with excellent speaking and presentation skills are welcome.

• Guide students for competitive exams like IIT JAM, ISI, IES, UPSC, CUET, Banking, SSC, GATE, CFA/FRM, Actuarial Science.
• Handle both domestic and international student queries (online & offline).
• Participate in career fairs, online counseling sessions, and institute events.
• Provide personalized mentorship in high-pressure academic scenarios.
