Your role at E-DAC as an experienced teacher trainer and education coach involves ensuring the well-being of allocated schools and effectively engaging with key stakeholders to keep them informed about training progress. You will be responsible for: - Identifying and addressing training needs periodically - Supporting schools to enhance their skills and knowledge base - Handling customer queries to maintain strong client relationships and achieve renewal targets Your 4-8 years of experience in the education domain will be crucial for effectively communicating, presenting, and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Your success in this role will depend on your excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as your ability to travel as the role includes significant travel requirements.
