Educational Consultant

As an Educational Consultant at Pure Professional Skill Development Institute, your role will involve assisting students in making informed decisions about their education and career paths. You will be responsible for conducting one-on-one student counseling sessions, providing guidance on academic programs, assisting with the admission process, helping students with career planning, maintaining communication with students, coordinating events, and managing student records. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand student goals and recommend suitable educational pathways. - Provide detailed information about undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and certificate programs in various formats. - Assist students with the admission process, including form filling, document verification, and follow-ups. - Help students align their education with career aspirations through assessments and strategic guidance. - Maintain consistent communication with students and coordinate with academic partners. - Support the planning and execution of webinars, seminars, and career counseling workshops. - Maintain accurate records and reports related to student interactions and outcomes. Qualifications and Skills Required: - Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum 12 years in academic advising, education consulting, or career counseling. - Knowledge: Understanding of Indian and international higher education systems and institutions. - Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. - Tech Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and CRM tools. - Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and engage effectively with students and parents. - Passion for Education: Committed to student development and educational empowerment.,
