Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Educational Consultant located in Noida. The Educational Consultant will be responsible for guiding and advising students and professionals on the best courses and certifications to enhance their career prospects. Key responsibilities include conducting consultations, providing course information, assisting with enrollment processes, and offering top-notch customer service. Daily interactions will involve communication with clients to understand their training needs and providing tailored educational solutions.
