Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chandigarh, India, for an Education Sales Manager. The Education Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales efforts, managing client relationships, and expanding the institute's presence in the education market. The role includes conducting presentations, engaging with potential clients, identifying growth opportunities, managing accounts, and collaborating with the training teams to align offerings with client needs. The candidate will play a key role in achieving revenue targets while maintaining an excellent client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to engage with clients and present services effectively
• Proven Sales expertise, including client acquisition and lead conversion
• Familiarity with Education and Training programs to align offerings with client goals
• Account Management experience for maintaining long-term client relationships
• Goal-oriented and data-driven mindset to track and achieve targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales analytics platforms is a plus
• Knowledge of the education industry and market trends is an advantage
