Education Sales Manager

Onsite - Full time - Ahmedabad

Key Requirements / Responsibilities:

Thorough understanding of the educational courses run by foresight school financial courses (CFA, CFP, FRM) and MBA entrance (CAT, CMAT, IPMAT).

Genuinely interested in mentoring students, understanding their requirements and enrolling them.

Networking with schools, colleges and tuition classes in Ahmedabad and other cities in Gujarat for sourcing students.

Conducting / supervising outdoor marketing activities / campaigns / seminars.

Responsible for lead generation, follow up and enrollment of new students.

Additional Desirable competencies:

Proficiency with design tools like Canva and social media platforms such as Meta & LinkedIn.

Behavioral Traits:

Outgoing and sociable.

Organized and an effective communicator.

Attention to details.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate

Master's degree preferred but not essential

1-3 years of relevant experience

Compensation:

Commensurate with skillset and experience

20-30% of compensation in form of performance linked pay.
