Education Sales Manager

ACS Networks & Technologies is a leading EdTech company based in Dehradun. Through our platform, ACS Pathshala, we provide high-quality academic courses for students from Grade 6 to Grade 12 (K6–K12), focusing on concept-based learning.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our education sales division, manage a high-performing sales team, and drive growth for our ACS Pathshala platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Management & Leadership.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives targeting schools, coaching centers, and parents.
• Set sales targets and ensure consistent performance delivery.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions.

Sales Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the K6–K12 education sector.
• Identify and tap into new markets (B2C & B2B opportunities in schools and institutions).
• Drive revenue and student enrollments through structured outreach campaigns.

Business Development

• Pitch ACS Pathshala's offerings to schools, parents, and tuition centers.
• Conduct product demos, academic presentations, and client meetings (online & offline).
• Convert leads into long-term business relationships and partnerships.
• Reporting & Market Intelligence
• Track team performance, prepare sales reports, and share strategic insights.
• Monitor competitor activity and evolving education trends in the K12 space.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales and campaign strategies.

Requirements

• MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Education Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in educational sales or EdTech business development.
• Experience managing a sales team and achieving performance goals.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the K6–K12 academic ecosystem and parental decision-making behavior.
