Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in Rajkot. As the Education Outreach Manager, you will plan and execute strategies to promote educational programs, build partnerships with industry leaders, and foster relationships with students, schools, and communities. You will manage outreach initiatives, organize events, oversee projects to drive enrollment, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to achieve institutional goals. This position also involves maintaining relationships with existing partners and identifying new opportunities to enhance the reputation and reach of Skill College within the education sector.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Public Relations skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders, including students, parents, and institutional partners
• Proficiency in Project Management and Community Outreach to plan, coordinate, and implement outreach programs effectively
• Sales and Public Engagement skills to drive enrollment and build long-term partnerships
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and demonstrate leadership in a dynamic environment
• Prior experience in educational outreach, business development, or related roles is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields preferred
