We re looking for an
Education Engineer
, someone who s equal parts technical educator
, product storyteller
, and hands-on builder
. You ll design and deliver learning programs that help partners, developers, and enterprise teams adopt our AI Agent platform. From building workshops and technical tutorials to running live sessions and certifications, you ll make complex workflows easy (and fun) to learn.

What You ll Do
Workshops & Enablement
- Lead interactive training sessions for partners, customers, and developer communities.
- Create certification paths, structured learning modules, and guided hands-on projects.
- Run demos, hackathons, and product walkthroughs showcasing agent-building workflows.
Learning Content
- Build educational materials, tutorials, blogs, videos, and internal enablement decks.
- Develop sample agents and code snippets that help others learn faster.
- Collaborate with product and marketing to turn technical topics into engaging stories.
Community & Evangelism
- Represent the brand at online and offline developer events.
- Contribute to community spaces, internal documentation, and partner knowledge bases.
- Collect learner feedback and use it to continuously improve product education.
What You Bring
- 3 6 years of experience in
software development
, developer education
, or technical enablement
. - Strong foundation in
Python
and APIs
. - Familiarity with frameworks and tools like
Streamlit
, Colab
, and Postman
. - Ideally, you ve
built or experimented with AI Agents
, and understand how LLMs
and OpenAI models
work. - Confident communicator, you can explain complex topics simply and clearly, whether live or on camera.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-starter who can manage global audiences and work across time zones.
Bonus Points
- Experience creating workshops, courses, or developer education programs.
- Contributions to open-source or AI developer communities.
- A portfolio of talks, tutorials, or YouTube videos demonstrating technical storytelling.
