As an Education Counsellor, you will be the bridge between aspiring students and their career goals. You will:

• Guide students and parents on courses, career paths, and exam strategies.
• Help them identify the right academic programs based on their interests and future opportunities.
• Build trust and rapport, ensuring students feel supported at every step.

• Student Interaction: Counsel students (online & offline) on various courses – from IIT JAM, GATE, ISI, IES, UGC NET, UPSC, Banking, Railways, and more.
• Career Mapping: Assess student needs and recommend the most suitable learning path.
• Admissions Support: Assist in enrollment, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Outreach & Engagement: Conduct orientation sessions, seminars, and Q&A sessions with prospective students.
• Relationship Building: Maintain long-term student and parent engagement for continued trust and referrals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with faculty, academic coordinators, and digital teams to deliver a smooth counselling experience.

We are looking for candidates who bring both knowledge and empathy:

• Education Qualification:
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Education, Psychology, Management, or related fields.
• Additional certifications in counselling or career guidance will be an advantage.
• Skills Needed:
• Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Bengali (multilingual is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence in guiding students from school to advanced university level.
• Ability to handle queries about competitive examinations with patience and clarity.
• Knowledge of academic/competitive exam structures preferred.
