Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and goal-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our team. The role involves guiding prospective students through the counselling & admission process, addressing their queries, and achieving enrolment targets. Candidates with an experience in the Ed-Tech or Tele-Sales sector are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective learners and guide them through the Universities courses & admission process.
Counsel and convert leads into enrolments for various educational programs.
Maintain clear and effective follow-up communication.
Ensure daily, weekly and monthly achievements of calling and conversion targets.
Maintain soft copy records and update the CRM.
Communicating the learners details and reporting to the authorised management after completing the given task.
Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and contributing to overall team goals.
Handle inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about courses, fees, and admission procedures.
