Extract and collect relevant lead data from digital platforms (social media, ad campaigns, web analytics, third-party databases).
Research and identify potential leads aligned with target audience profiles.
Perform segmentation and categorisation based on lead demographics and behavior.
Upload and organise leads into CRM tools
Data Excel
Assign leads to inside sales representatives based on availability and lead priority.
Monitor and ensure follow-up cadence is maintained by the sales team.
Update status of leads based on progress and communication outcomes.
Track and report on conversion ratios across various stages of the sales funnel (Lead > Contacted > Demo Booked > Converted).
Provide daily/weekly reports to sales managers, CEO and suggest optimisations.
Identify bottlenecks and dropout points in the funnel using analytical insights.
Ensure accuracy and cleanliness of CRM data; remove duplicates, fix inconsistent entries.
Maintain updated records for every lead interaction and communication.
Audit CRM regularly to ensure alignment between back office and front-line sales activity.
Collaborate with the marketing team to identify high-performing lead sources.
Analyse digital campaign performance (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) for lead quality.
Contribute to strategies that enhance lead quality and reduce acquisition cost.
