Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Contact potential customers to introduce products/services, explain benefits, and schedule appointments. Inbound Support: Answer customer calls, address questions, resolve issues, and manage complaints with patience. Lead Management: Follow up on leads, update customer information in databases, and coordinate with sales teams. Documentation: Maintain detailed call records and generate reports on interactions. Target Achievement: Meet daily/monthly call and sales targets.  Essential Skills & Qualifications: Communication: Excellent verbal skills, clear speaking, active listening, and ability to adapt style. Persuasion: Confidence, negotiation skills, and ability to handle rejection. Technical: Basic computer literacy, data entry, and familiarity with CRM software. Attitude: Positive, polite, patient, and professional. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; degree is often a plus.  Common Variations: Sales Telecaller (focus on closing deals). Customer Service Telecaller (focus on support). BPO/Call Center roles (voice process, support). Specialized roles (Insurance, Real Estate, Loans).
