Job Description

Education Counsellors

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and leads about IT courses such as Data Science, Full Stack Development, Software Testing, Digital Marketing, Java, Python, etc.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and email inquiries
Understand students career goals and suggest suitable courses
Assist students throughout the admission process
Follow up with prospective students to ensure enrollment
Maintain daily counselling reports and MIS
Coordinate with the training and management team

Required Skills:

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
Good counselling and convincing skill
Basic computer knowledge
Sales or education counselling experience is a plus
Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
