Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities
Handle inquiries generated through calls, walk-ins, and digital platforms
Guide students through the admission process and ensure timely follow-ups
Maintain accurate student records and update CRM regularly
Participate in promotional activities and lead generation campaigns
Create and support social media content, including reels, for student engagement
Achieve admission targets and contribute to business growth
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of students

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience or interest in education counselling or student advisory roles
Good knowledge of social media advertising, especially
Reels creation
Comfortable working with Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms
Target-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude
Ability to work
5 days a week
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
