Education Counsellor

Role Overview: You will be working as an Education Counsellor at Career Grad Global in Guwahati, where you will be responsible for providing personalized consultations, assisting students with the application process, preparing them for standardized tests, helping with university/college selection, and guiding them through the visa application process. Your daily tasks will include one-on-one student counselling, developing individualized education plans, maintaining student records, and offering career counselling to help students achieve their education and career objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential students from the database or through external outreach. - Lead Conversion: Counsel students and convert qualified leads into successful admissions to meet the monthly targets. - Student Support: Provide accurate information about international universities, courses, admission procedures, and visa requirements. - Relationship Management: Maintain positive communication with students and parents throughout the application process. Qualifications: - Possess Educational Consulting and Student Counselling skills - Demonstrated Career Counselling and Communication skills - Knowledge in the field of Education - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities - Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team - Experience in the education sector would be advantageous - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Education, Counselling, or related field.
