Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Conversation -

    Developing and nurturing a potential customer (lead) through various stages of the sales funnel until they are ready to make a purchase or take a desired action. This process involves engaging with the lead, addressing their needs, and building a relationship that leads to conversion.

  • Customer Relationship Management:

    Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and clients. Provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Negotiation & Closing:

    Negotiate contracts and pricing with prospective clients. Close sales deals by addressing objections and offering customized solutions. Meet sales quotas and revenue targets.

  • Reporting & Documentation:

    Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and forecast future sales.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the EdTech or related industry.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi and Kannada (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the EdTech market and educational technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand customer pain points and provide tailored solutions.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools.
  • A self-starter with a passion for learning and sales.
  • Computer knowledge with Excel Knowledge is a must

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working in the EdTech industry is a plus.

Experience in B2B sales or enterprise-level deals is an advantage.
