Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with potential students and parents to guide them on study-abroad options or EdTech programs.
  • Conduct counseling sessions (virtual/in-person) to convert leads into admissions/enrollments.
  • Explain program features, admission processes, fee structures, and visa guidelines (if applicable).
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly KPIs (calls, conversions, revenue).
  • Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in EdTech or B2C sales.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Target-oriented and self-driven.
  • Knowledge of KPIs and sales metrics is a must.
  • Prior experience in handling international education queries is a plus.
