Job Description

EdTech Business Development Associate (BDA)

Key Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients and educational institutions to
understand their needs
and present our EdTech solutions effectively.
Generate new leads
and build a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our EdTech products/services.
Negotiate and close sales deals
, working towards achieving and exceeding ambitious targets.
Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback from the market and contribute to product improvements.

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales
is required, ideally within the EdTech or a related industry.
Excellent communication skills
, both written and verbal, are essential for engaging with diverse clients.
We are seeking an
immediate joiner
who can quickly integrate into our team and start contributing.
A results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
Must have a laptop and reliable Wi-Fi
for the initial work-from-home period.

Work Environment

This role offers an initial
3 months of work-from-home (WFH)
flexibility.
Following the WFH period, the role will transition to
work-from-office (WFO) in Bengaluru
.
