Job Description

As a B2B Sales Executive/Manager in the EdTech industry based in Pune, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and establishing strong relationships with educational institutions, corporates, and training partners. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new B2B clients such as schools, colleges, corporates, and training institutes. - Conducting product demos, presentations, and solution walkthroughs for decision-makers. - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts to maximize retention and upselling opportunities. - Understanding client requirements and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions. - Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to effectively close deals. - Tracking the sales pipeline, maintaining CRM data, and preparing timely reports for management. - Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities. - Representing the company at relevant events, conferences, and networking forums. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory). - 2-7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, IT Services, or training solutions. - Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets. - Ability to manage multiple accounts and work in a fast-paced environment. - Good understanding of the education technology landscape (preferred). - Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
