Job Summary:   We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) and Integration Lead to drive the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale data and integration solutions. This leadership role requires deep   expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, microservices, event-driven architectures, and enterprise data pipelines, combined with strong stakeholder management and architectural governance skills.

Location:   Pune / Mumbai  

Mode of Work :   Full time    

Key   Responsibilities:  

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and technical strategy for enterprise data platforms and integration solutions.  
  
• Design and govern scalable, resilient   microservices   architectures using Java and Spring Boot.  
  
• Architect and implement event-driven integration   patterns,   leveraging   messaging and streaming frameworks.  
  
• Define and oversee API strategies, including RESTful services,   OpenAPI/Swagger specifications, and secure API standards.  
  
• Design and   optimize enterprise data pipelines, including ETL and batch processing systems for high-volume data workloads.  
  
• Ensure system performance, scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance using proven architectural and resilience patterns.  
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.  
  
• Guide teams on best practices for coding standards, integration patterns, observability, and DevOps enablement.  
  
• Drive   innovative   initiatives to enhance automation, intelligence, and operational efficiency across platforms.  
  
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural governance across delivery teams.  
  

Requirements:  

• 15+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, microservices, and enterprise application development.  
  
• Strong solution and enterprise architecture background, with experience designing systems across diverse platforms.  
  
• Proven experience with enterprise data platforms, ETL/batch processing, and high-volume data pipelines.  
  
• Hands - on  expertise in event-driven architectures, messaging, and integration frameworks.  
  
• Strong experience building and   optimizing REST APIs, with Swagger/OpenAPI and secure API design principles.  
  
• Solid understanding of performance optimization, troubleshooting, debugging, and system scalability.  
  
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern monitoring and observability tools.  
  
• Background in financial services or regulated enterprise environments is highly preferred.  
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both business clearly and engineering audiences  
  

Good To Have Sk ills:  

• Exposure  cloud-native architectures and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).  
  
• Familiarity with data governance and security frameworks.  
  
• Advanced certifications in enterprise architecture or cloud technologies.
