Job Title: E-Commerce Executive Company: TaRa JuVeL Location: Gopalpura or Johribazar Branch, Jaipur Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced E-Commerce Executive to manage our online presence across various platforms such as IndiaMART, Etsy, Alibaba, and other e-commerce sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, excellent communication skills, and experience in handling product listings, customer inquiries, and order management. Key Responsibilities: Manage and update product listings on IndiaMART, Etsy, Alibaba, and other e-commerce platforms. Respond to customer inquiries and manage communications via these platforms. Handle order processing, shipment tracking, and after-sales support. Monitor and analyze sales performance across platforms. Ensure all product details, descriptions, and prices are accurate and up-to-date. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure stock availability and timely order fulfillment. Assist in developing strategies to increase online sales and visibility. Requirements: Prior experience in managing e-commerce platforms (IndiaMART, Etsy, Alibaba). Proficiency in handling online product listings and order management. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
