Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online sales channels. In this role, you will be responsible for product listings, pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and performance analytics across platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, or other marketplaces. You’ll collaborate with marketing, design, and logistics teams to enhance customer experience and drive online revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings, images, and content across e-commerce platforms
Monitor and analyze website performance, sales trends, and customer behavior
Coordinate online promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns
Optimize SEO and improve conversion rates
Ensure accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment
Stay updated with e-commerce trends and tools

Qualifications:

Proven experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Flipcart, Myntra, or similar
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and e-commerce tools
