Ecommerce Specialist

About Us:

Rural Routes is a creative brand offering beautifully handcrafted products, including bone inlay furniture, unique rugs, and artisanal chess boards. We’re looking to expand our digital presence, especially on global marketplaces like Etsy, eBay, and Amazon and are seeking a dedicated E-commerce Specialist to lead and manage these platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of Etsy, eBay and Amazon stores
• Product listing creation & optimization (titles, tags, descriptions, images, pricing)
• Conduct market and competitor research to improve visibility and sales
• Handle customer service: respond to queries, resolve issues, and maintain positive ratings
• Monitor store performance, analyze data & sales trends, and suggest strategies
• Run promotions, discounts, and optimize SEO within Etsy and eBay
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Maintain inventory and ensure stock accuracy on both platforms
• Implement feedback from customers and continuously improve store performance

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Etsy & eBay marketplace policies and best practices
• Experience in listing optimization, keyword research & SEO
• Proficiency in basic tools like Excel/Google Sheets, Canva, or Photoshop (for image editing)
• Good communication and written English skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Prior experience with handcrafted/home décor/furniture categories is a plus
• Must be located in
