Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Ecommerce Specialist, located on-site in Jaipur. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales platforms, developing and executing e-commerce strategies, analyzing sales data, and providing excellent customer service. The specialist will also oversee product listings, coordinate with other departments, ensure smooth order fulfillment, and stay updated with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data and trends
• Proficiency in E-Commerce platforms and strategies
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Sales experience to drive online revenue
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
