Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist based in Vadodara. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing online sales platforms, enhancing the customer experience, analyzing sales data, and developing effective sales strategies. Daily tasks include monitoring inventory, updating product listings, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in E-Commerce and Sales
• Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and sales optimization
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Experience in the cosmetics industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
