Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior R&D Manager in Color Cosmetics - Formulations/NPD, based in Vadodara. The Senior R&D Manager will be responsible for leading research and development activities, developing new product formulations, and overseeing the new product development (NPD) process. The role involves managing and leading a team of researchers and developers, ensuring projects are completed on time, and maintaining high quality standards. Additionally, the Senior R&D Manager will collaborate with other departments to align R&D strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and conducting research
• Strong skills in Team Management and Team Leadership
• Proficiency in Project Management
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience in the cosmetics industry and familiarity with FDA and GMP regulations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
