Ecommerce Project Manager

As an Ecommerce Project Manager at our company, your role will involve managing and scaling ongoing e-commerce programs with enterprise organizations. You will be responsible for coordinating with client procurement officials and end customers for sales and promotional events. Monitoring website performance, traffic, and conversion rates using analytics tools will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and scale ongoing e-commerce programs with enterprise organizations - Coordinate with client procurement officials and end customers for sales and promotional events - Monitor website performance, traffic, and conversion rates using analytics tools - Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal sales - Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and sales growth - Analyze customer behavior and sales trends to forecast demand and optimize product listings In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be handling order fulfillment and logistics, contact center and customer service, store operations and maintenance, data analysis and reporting, as well as process improvement and strategy.
