Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-Commerce Project Manager, based in Pune. The E-Commerce Project Manager will oversee and coordinate projects related to the company’s online platforms, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met. Responsibilities include managing e-commerce operations, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive online sales, analyzing market trends, and implementing process improvements. The role also involves maintaining clear communication across departments and leading cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Management and E-Commerce expertise
• Excellent Communication and Sales skills
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise strategies
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in a dynamic on-site environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
• Experience of 2-3 years in e-commerce platforms and tools is a plus
• Ability to handle a team and bring out the best results for the company
• Should have handled a team and managed a project successfully.
