ECommerce Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
• Create and maintain detailed Sprint plans, including timelines, resource allocation as per capacity management, task dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Drive execution across internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Oversee vendor relationships, particularly with the Salesforce or SAP Commerce implementation partner, to ensure adherence to project requirements and best practices.
• Coordinate across multiple teams including design, development, QA, content, IT, and external agencies.
• Ensure seamless integration with other platforms and systems within the digital ecosystem.
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and report on financial performance.
• Conduct UAT and ensure robust QA standards are upheld before go-live.
• Control Sprint Spillovers and maintain delivery hygiene.
• Control , manage , report agile delivery metrics /dashboards, and prepare decks for Weekly , Monthly , Quarterly Status Reports.
• Own outcomes of Sprint Retro meetings.
• Evaluate opportunities for operational efficacy via GEN AI or Automation tools.
• Ensure SEO requirements are addressed across design, development, and deployment phases to safeguard organic performance.

Requirements:

• Proven project management experience within

  eCommerce environments (B2C or B2B)

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  eCommerce platform implementations

  – preferably Salesforce Commerce, SAP Commerce, or similar.
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholder groups (internal teams, external vendors, agencies).
• Deep understanding of digital project workflows, especially website builds, integrations, and agile delivery.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in

  Headless Commerce

  implementations.
• Familiarity with

  Salesforce Commerce Cloud

  architecture and ecosystems.
• Working knowledge of

  SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization best practices

Qualifications

Educational qualification:

B.Tech./B.E., M.B.A. Preferred

Experience :

10 -15 yrs
