About the Role: 

The Assistant Manager will support the management of e-commerce operations while collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize performance across domestic and international markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with operational expertise and a good understanding of e-commerce sales, digital marketing, and international business practices.

Key Responsibilities:

•Assist in managing daily e-commerce operations across domestic and international channels.

•Support inventory management, order processing, and customer service operations.

•Coordinate with international logistics partners and vendors to ensure timely order fulfilment.

•Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and product launches.

•Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and customer engagement metrics, and recommend improvements.

•Assist in implementing marketing strategies, digital campaigns, and international expansion initiatives.

Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, customs, and trade requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-commerce, Marketing, or related field.

• 4+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, with exposure to sales and marketing.

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.).

• Understanding of international logistics, customs processes, and cross-border e-commerce.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

•Experience supporting international e-commerce sales or marketing campaigns.

•Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, email marketing, and social media promotion
