Job Description

Location: Bangalore
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹80,000 (based on experience)

We’re looking for a strong E-commerce Operations & Inventory Manager who can take full ownership of day-to-day operations and inventory planning. The ideal candidate should be excellent with numbers, proactive, and experienced in handling Amazon/Flipkart operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize inventory using OMS (to be implemented).
Plan and send correct inventory quantities to Amazon FBA/Flipkart FBF and track FC shipments regularly.
Monitor sales velocity daily and prepare weekly reorder lists for purchase planning.
Identify slow-moving and non-selling SKUs and plan liquidation or corrective actions.
Track new mobile phone model launches and ensure stock is ready on time for new listings.
Conduct competitor analysis to make quick decisions on pricing, offers, visibility, and inventory.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations including order flow, returns management, and stock accuracy.

Requirements

2–6 years of experience in e-commerce operations/inventory management.
Strong knowledge of Amazon & Flipkart seller panels.
Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Sheets.
Ability to plan, forecast, and take ownership.
