Amazon PPC & Inventory Specialist

Job Summary:

We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand selling mobile accessories, primarily on Amazon, with over 1000 SKUs. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Amazon Specialist who can manage advertising campaigns, plan inventory, and optimize listings to increase organic ranking and sales.

This is a full-time, hands-on role that requires expertise in Amazon Seller Central, PPC campaigns, inventory forecasting, listing optimization, and Amazon AM coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Amazon Advertising (PPC) Management

• Manage and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands campaigns.
• Handle many campaigns with 500+ ad groups efficiently.
• Analyze search term, placement, and campaign performance reports to improve ACOS and TACOS.
• Implement bid adjustments, keyword optimisation, and negative keywords to reduce wasted ad spend.
• Coordinate with the design team for engaging banner images and product videos for ad creatives.

2. Inventory Planning & Stock Management

• Monitor inventory health across 1000+ SKUs to avoid stockouts and excess inventory.
• Analyze sales trends and forecast demand to recommend purchase orders to the management.
• Coordinate inbound shipments to Amazon Fulfilment Centers (FBA) on time.
• Flag slow-moving inventory and suggest clearance or bundling strategies.
• Coordinate and plan inventory sending and shipment creation with Amazon Account Manager (AM).

3. Listing Creation & Optimizations

• Verify product listings on Amazon with complete and accurate details.
• Optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and backend search terms for higher organic ranking.
• Use keyword research tools for SEO optimization.
• Coordinate with the design team for high-quality images, A+ Content, product videos, and enhanced brand creatives.
• Continuously monitor competitor listings and implement improvements.

4. Amazon Account Manager Coordination

• Work with Amazon AM to plan and run monthly deals, especially for slow-moving SKUs.
• Discuss and execute promotional strategies for better sales performance.

5. Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for campaigns, inventory, and sales.
• Provide actionable insights to improve ad efficiency and inventory turnover.
• Maintain organized data tracking for SKUs, campaigns, and sales history.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Amazon PPC, inventory management, and listing optimization.
• Amazon Expertise: Strong knowledge of Seller Central, PPC campaign types, FBA processes, and listing creation.
• Inventory Skills: Ability to analyse Amazon restock reports, forecast demand, and track inbound shipments.
• SEO Knowledge: Expertise in keyword research and on-page optimisation to improve organic ranking.
• Creative Coordination: Experience working with design teams to create compelling ad creatives and product videos.
• Amazon AM Coordination: Ability to work directly with Amazon account managers to run deals and optimise sales.
• Analytical Skills: Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data filtering).
• Tools: Familiarity with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, SellerApp, or similar tools.

Soft Skills:

• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with Amazon AMs.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
