Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Operations Manager, located in Malviya Nagar, South Delhi. The Ecommerce Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of ecommerce (B2B and B2C), manage the appointments with quick commerce portals, order fulfillment process, and ensure timely delivery of products. Key responsibilities include inventory management, coordinating with logistics partners and ecommerce portals, seeking appointments for inwarding, analyzing sales data, improving customer experience, and implementing ecommerce strategies. The role also involves optimizing product listings and coordinating with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations of B2B/Quick Commerce Portals like Zepto, Blinkit, Nykaa, Instamart etc.
• Inventory Management, Order Fulfillment, and Logistics Coordination skills
• Experience in Sales Data Analysis, and Ecommerce Strategy Implementation
• Skills in Customer Experience Improvement and Product Listing Optimization
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the cosmetics or beauty industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field
