Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist at Coloressence in Delhi, India. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing technical support when needed. The individual shall also be responsible for processing orders and aligning logistics.
