Key Responsibilities

• Brand Onboarding: Work with our merchandising team to onboard new designer brands and ensure their collections go live smoothly.
• Product Management: Manage uploads of new products — accurate descriptions, pricing, inventory, and creative assets.
• E-Commerce Operations: Oversee day-to-day site management, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
• Order Fulfillment: Coordinate with warehousing and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Sales & Growth: Track KPIs, drive traffic, and work with marketing to convert visits into sales.
• Customer Experience: Maintain high standards of service, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Vasa Indica’s luxury ethos.

Who We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of e-commerce management or related experience (fashion/luxury/D2C preferred).
• Strong understanding of platforms like Shopify.
• Comfort with data, analytics, and performance tracking.
• Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
