Job Description

We are hiring an *E‑commerce Marketplace & Product‑Listing Specialist* to build, optimize, and oversee product catalogs across Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, Danube, Shopify, and WooCommerce. The role combines precise data entry with performance‑driven marketplace tactics—using keyword research, A/B testing, PPC tuning, and inventory coordination in Zoho Inventory—to raise conversion, maintain compliance, and support profitable ad spend.


*Core Responsibilities

* Set up and configure new seller accounts, ensuring full policy and Brand Registry compliance across marketplaces.

* Upload, optimize, and quality‑check titles, bullets, back‑end keywords, images, A+ Content, and storefront pages in Amazon Seller Central, Shopify Admin, and WooCommerce.

* Conduct keyword research with Helium 10 or Jungle Scout and apply findings to listings and PPC strategy; run A/B tests to surface top‑converting variations.

* Launch and manage Sponsored Products campaigns, adjusting bids to maintain ACOS at or below category benchmarks.

* Oversee FBA and FBM shipment plans and synchronize orders with Zoho Inventory for real‑time stock updates.

* Resolve suppressed or inactive listings, coordinating with platform support to restore visibility.

* Deliver weekly performance dashboards and competitor insights to guide next‑step optimizations.


*Required Skills


* Advanced Seller Central workflow knowledge—including flat‑file uploads, FBA dashboards, and listing quality guidelines.

* Hands‑on Shopify and WooCommerce product‑entry skills (CSV imports, SEO fields, variant handling).

* Proficiency with keyword‑research suites such as Helium 10 and Jungle Scout.

* Working grasp of Amazon PPC metrics (ACOS, ROAS) and campaign structures.

* Familiarity with multichannel inventory tools, especially Zoho Inventory’s Amazon integration.


*Key Performance Indicators


* Maintain a Listing Quality Score of 90 % or higher to maximize organic rank and Buy‑Box eligibility.

* Keep advertising efficiency at ACOS ≤ 25 % or ROAS ≥ 4× in line with 2025 benchmarks.

* Achieve a conversion rate of at least 12 % against category norms.

* Sustain an Inventory Performance Index (IPI) score of 400 or above to avoid storage limits and surcharges.


*Growth Path

Consistently meeting the above KPIs qualifies the specialist for promotion to Marketplace Manager, expanding responsibility to multi‑country catalog oversight and P&L ownership.
