Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kalyan-Mumbai for an Ecommerce Executive. We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to manage and optimize operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other marketplaces. The role involves handling listings, ensuring account health, managing promotions, tracking performance, and supporting daily ecommerce activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end operations on Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify.
• Update listings, images, prices, and promotions regularly.
• Monitor account health and performance metrics.
• Oversee inventory, demand planning, and product availability.
• Analyze sales data and competitor pricing; prepare performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and use tools like Unicommerce or Vinculum.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce marketplace operations.
• Hands-on with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Shopify.
• Strong knowledge of ecommerce workflows and listing policies.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; basic understanding of SEO and analytics.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
