Role Overview: As a Catalogue Manager, your main responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies to manage and optimize the product catalogue. You will oversee the addition, maintenance, and enhancement of product listings to ensure accuracy and consistency across the site. Managing a team of catalogue executives, you will allocate tasks effectively and collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to enhance product pages and drive conversions. Regular audits of product listings for SEO optimization and up-to-date information will be conducted by you. Analyzing performance metrics and recommending improvements to the catalogue structure and presentation will also be part of your role. Leading the launch of new product collections, promotions, and seasonal updates will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce catalogue management, with leadership responsibilities. - Strong knowledge of Shopify and e-commerce tools. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills. - Experience managing teams and working cross-functionally.
