About the Role

This position is critical in strengthening the Australia business segment, ensuring operational excellence, and driving revenue growth for the companys AU ecommerce division. The ideal candidate should be proactive, data-driven, and capable of independently managing an international marketplace portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Marketplace Management

  • Manage daily operations for AU marketplaces such as

    Amazon AU, Harvey Norman,eBay AU, Costco

    , etc.
  • Ensure accurate listing creation, catalogue management, keyword optimisation, A+ content, and pricing updates.
  • Monitor buy-box, inventory, delivery metrics, and overall listing health.
  1. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets for AU region.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deal events, and marketplace-specific offers.
  • Track revenue trends and implement strategies to maximise conversions.
  1. Inventory & Operations Coordination

  • Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams for AU shipments, stock replenishment, and forecast planning.
  1. Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management.

  • Use analytics tools to evaluate product performance, pricing competitiveness, and customer behaviour.
  • Maintain dashboards for order trends, top SKUs, and region-specific insights.
  1. Compliance & Policy Adherence

  • Ensure all AU listings meet local regulations, compliance standards, product guidelines, and safety certifications.
  • Coordinate with AU compliance team for SKU approvals and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of experience

    managing ecommerce operations for international regions (AU preferred). Team Managing experience is required.
  • Strong knowledge of

    Amazon Seller Central, marketplace analytics, PPC ads, content optimisation

    , and pricing strategies.
  • Excellent Excel/reporting skills (pivot tables, dashboards, forecasting).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple marketplaces simultaneously with high accuracy.
  • Understanding of Australian consumer behaviour, competition landscape, and seasonal trends.
  • Exposure to digital marketing, paid ads, and performance optimisation.
