About the Role If your screen time report is 90% Instagram and you call it “research,” this is for you. imfresh needs a creator who lives inside internet culture. Someone who can ideate, shoot, edit, and appear on camera without waiting for boring briefs. You’ll create scroll stopping content that feels native to the feed, not branded noise. This role is equal parts filmmaker, mememaker, and trend hacker. What You’ll Do Concept, shoot, and edit short-form content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts & Meta Ads Be both behind and in front of the camera, the brains & the face! Anticipate cultural moments before they peak and make imfresh part of the conversation. Collaborate with design and marketing teams to sync visuals, tone, and tempo. Build a content rhythm that reflects Gen-Z energy, authentic, fast, shareable. You Should Have 0–3 years of experience in social content creation or short-form storytelling. Deep understanding of Instagram algorithms, formats, and pacing. Editing mastery is super bonus point. Creative instinct for lighting, framing, and humor. Comfortable on camera with a natural, unscripted tone. Knows what lands, what doesn’t, and why timing matters. Bonus Points Experience or understanding of D2C brands, lifestyle, beauty, or wellness categories. Prior work for youth focused or meme driven brands. Location: On-site (India – Office Only)
About the Role We’re not looking for “just another designer.” We’re looking for someone who can make people stop scrolling and say damn. At imfresh, you’ll shape the visual language of imfresh, designing packaging that stands out from online crowd, campaigns that move culture, and digital branding that stays two steps ahead of the algorithm. You’ll work hands-on with the creative and marketing team to build everything from packaging systems to full-scale brand revamps. Clean when needed, loud when necessary, but fresh, always! What You’ll Do Design packaging that feels collectable, not disposable. Lead the visual evolution of imfresh, from typography and layout to campaign aesthetics and tone. Revamp our social media identity: turn every visual touchpoint into a brand experience. Collaborate with content and marketing to make design drive conversations, not just visuals. Translate brand strategy into execution that feels cultural, not corporate. Maintain design consistency while keeping creative unpredictability alive. You Should Have 2–4 years of experience in branding, packaging, or campaign design (D2C brand preferred). Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite / Figma. Proven ability to design for both print and digital environments. Portfolio that shows taste, clarity, and conceptual strength. Understanding of Gen-Z design sensibilities that include memes, chaos minimalism, and visual irony. Ability to work fast, take feedback, and push boundaries. Bonus Points Experience or understanding of D2C platforms in similar lifestyle / wellness / FMCG categories. Familiarity with motion, video editing, or digital campaign execution.
