(On-site, Sector 27, Gurugram | 6-day week)

Location & schedule: On-site, Sector 27, Gurugram. 6 days/week; one fixed weekly off.

Compensation: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month + performance bonus.

About the role

Run daily ecommerce ops across Shopify (D2C) and marketplaces (Amazon/Flipkart): perfect listings, smooth orders, fast customer responses, clean MIS.

Key responsibilities

• Store ops (D2C):

  Product uploads, pricing, inventory sync, collections/tags/metafields, redirects, daily PDP QA.

• Marketplaces:

  Titles/bullets/A+ updates, keywording, catalog hygiene, promos/coupons, ticketing with SPN/SS.

• Orders & logistics:

  Track pending/RTS/OFD/ND, coordinate 3PLs, NDR/RTO actions, file loss/damage claims.

• Customer ops (first response):

  Handle chat/call/WhatsApp for order/product/tracking using SLA playbooks; escalate edge cases.

• Merch & content:

  Image/video standards, FAQs, size charts, bundles/cross-sells, seasonal pages; clear briefs to creatives.

• Performance hygiene:

  Pixel/conversion checks, PDP speed, broken links, OOS coverage, reviews/ratings push.

• Promos & campaigns:

  Codes/BOGO/free-gift flows, banners/announcement bars, UTM sanity.

• Compliance & finance:

  HSN/GST, invoice accuracy, returns/refunds TAT, marketplace fee audits/claim notes.

• Reporting:

  Daily/weekly MIS—orders, revenue, AOV, CR, fill rate, cancel %, RTO %, SLAs, top SKUs, OOS, VOC.

Requirements

• 1–3 yrs in ecommerce ops (D2C + marketplaces preferred)
• Strong Excel/Sheets; detail-first
• Clear Hindi/English; calm, solution-first
