Job Title: E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive E-Commerce Executive from the FMCG industry who can independently manage all e-commerce platforms and drive sales growth. The candidate should be well-versed with marketplace operations, listings, PPC, reporting, and daily order management.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage complete operations for e-commerce platforms:

• Amazon
• Flipkart
• Nykaa
• Blinkit
• Shopify / Website

✅ Daily Tasks:

• Create and update product listings with correct keywords and descriptions
• Monitor inventory and avoid out-of-stock situations
• Coordinate with dispatch team to ensure daily order shipments
• Create shipments, labels, and handle order tracking
• Ensure timely reconciliation and payment follow-ups
• Manage returns, replacements, and customer queries

✅ PPC & Marketing Activities:

• Handle PPC ads for Amazon/Flipkart
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize
• Improve visibility and sales through keyword research & competitor analysis

✅ Reporting:

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
• Share performance insights with management
• Track marketplace penalties and resolve issues on time

✅ Operational Efficiency:

• Maintain hygiene of platform listings
• Support new product launches & promotions
• Work on improving product rankings
• Boost low-performing product sales with strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Candidate must be from the FMCG industry
• Minimum 2–3 years of e-commerce operational experience
• Strong knowledge of Amazon & Flipkart seller panels
• Good understanding of PPC campaigns and keyword optimization
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Good Excel knowledge
• Ability to manage operations independently
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
