Account Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to join our finance team. The Cost Accountant will be responsible for analyzing costs, preparing budgets, monitoring expenditure, and ensuring financial accuracy within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and report on manufacturing costs to optimize production efficiency.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain and update cost accounting records and reconcile discrepancies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve cost control processes.
• Assist in inventory management and valuation.

Manage inventory-related accounting, including valuation of raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods; perform physical stock counts and investigate variances

• Prepare and present financial reports to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Cost Accountant or similar role.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in financial analysis and reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

• Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
