We are looking for an Ecommerce Email Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in Klaviyo to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo to drive customer engagement, retention, and sales for ecommerce brands.
• Design automated workflows, customer journeys, and segmentation strategies to deliver personalized experiences.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics, optimize subject lines, content, timing, and audience targeting to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion.
• Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop email templates, copy, and offers that align with brand messaging and customer behavior.
• Implement A/B testing, reporting dashboards, and optimization strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other marketing channels (paid ads, social media, etc.) to ensure alignment in customer acquisition and retention efforts.
• Maintain a clean and healthy subscriber list through segmentation, suppression, and hygiene best practices.
• Stay updated with email marketing trends, deliverability best practices, and ecommerce industry developments.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in ecommerce email marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo is a must.
• Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, customer journeys, and data-driven marketing.
• Proven ability to craft engaging emails that drive conversions and customer loyalty.
• Experience with A/B testing, reporting, and campaign optimization.
• Knowledge of ecommerce platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, or Magento is a plus.
• Familiarity with data privacy laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and email deliverability best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
