Email Marketing Specialist - E-commerce

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Ecommerce Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Klaviyo and a strong background in creating, optimizing, and managing email marketing campaigns for ecommerce brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns to drive sales, engagement, and retention for ecommerce clients.
• Develop email flows & automation (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, etc.) in Klaviyo.
• Segment and personalize email lists to improve targeting and maximize conversions.
• Create A/B testing strategies for subject lines, content, and send times to optimize performance.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on key metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, revenue attribution).
• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop creative assets for campaigns.
• Ensure campaigns comply with email best practices, deliverability, and anti-spam regulations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging tools in email & ecommerce marketing.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in email marketing for ecommerce businesses.
• Strong expertise in Klaviyo (flows, campaigns, segmentation, reporting).
• Good understanding of ecommerce platforms.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in campaign performance tracking.

· Delhi-based candidates preferred (Work from Office -Dwarka Sec-12, Delhi).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
