Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Ecommerce Coordinator located in Ludhiana. As an Ecommerce Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the entire e-commerce pipeline which includes managing and expanding online product listings, managing e-commerce ad campaigns, coordinating inventory availability and reconciling payments and returns.

You will handle daily online sales and customer service inquiries, analyze sales data, and coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance the online presence and performance of our products. The role also involves overseeing online promotions and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills
• Proficiency in E-Commerce management and practices
• Experience in selling on Amazon, Flipkart and other Ecommerce platforms.
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Sales and understanding of sales processes
• Ability to coordinate with Supply Chain, Inventory, Accounts and Marketing teams
• Familiarity with digital marketing and SEO practices is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
