As an E-Commerce Specialist at Pure Nutrition, based in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in managing our online sales channels and driving growth through effective use of digital marketing tools. Only candidates from FMCG Nutraceuticals/Wellness Background will be considered for this position. **Responsibilities:** - Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and sales. - Develop and manage Meta Ads on Facebook and Instagram for optimal performance. - Oversee the CRM system to enhance customer relationships and retention. - Develop strategies for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention in Customer Lifecycle Management. - Implement growth marketing strategies to expand the customer base and drive sales growth. **Key Skills Required:** - Expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads. - Proficiency in CRM systems and customer lifecycle management. - Strong background in Growth Marketing. - Analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data. - Excellent communication and project management abilities. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - 3-4 years of relevant experience in the consumer goods or nutrition category.
