Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Coordinator located in New Delhi. The Ecommerce Coordinator will be responsible for managing online sales channels, handling customer inquiries, tracking and analyzing sales data, coordinating with sales teams, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers across our platforms. The role also involves collaborating with marketing teams to strategize and implement promotional campaigns, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining up-to-date product listings.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and experience with E-Commerce
• Excellent Customer Service abilities and Communication skills
• Sales experience and capability to work with sales teams
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
