Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Coordinator located in Ludhiana. The Ecommerce Coordinator will be responsible for managing our online store, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for our customers. Daily tasks include monitoring inventory levels, updating product listings, and analyzing sales data to optimize performance. Qualifications Analytical Skills for data analysis and optimization E-Commerce experience for managing online stores and platforms Customer Service skills for handling inquiries and providing support Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members Sales experience to drive online sales and promotions Proficiency with e-commerce software and tools is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Show more Show less
